Volgens de Met Office (Britse KNMI) en Windy krijgen we de wind-on-the-nose-variant &#8220;weinig wind tegen&#8221; en later windstilte. De weergoden besluiten echter anders, het wordt &#8220;veel wind tegen&#8221;. We moeten op de motor er flink tegenaan om tijdig bij Inverness aan te komen. Als je daar te laat bent, gaat het tij tegenlopen met veel stroom tegen. Door schuin tegen de golven te varen houden we een beetje vaart in de boot.
